This Policy explains how Sergio Ayroza Cury (“Totalmobi”), established at
Rua dos Pinheiros 80 RC D, Cascais, Portugal, tax number 294804781, operator of the
Totalmobi GolfScore service (golfscore.totalmobi.pt), processes your
personal data, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU)
2016/679). For clubs and users in Brazil, the principles of the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) also
apply in parallel.

If you message us on WhatsApp, you are served by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence — not by a person. The assistant identifies itself as such at the start of the conversation. You may ask to speak to a person at any time, and the conversation is handed over to a human.
So that the assistant can reply, the content of your messages is sent to Anthropic PBC (United States), which operates the language model. Anthropic processes that data solely to generate the reply and, under our contract with them, does not use it to train models. Message transport is handled by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. through the WhatsApp Business Platform, subject to the WhatsApp terms.
Please do not send sensitive data, payment details or passwords through this channel: the assistant does not ask for them and should not receive them.
Player data entered by a club or association belongs to and is the responsibility of that club (the controller). In that regard, Totalmobi acts as a processor, handling such data solely to provide the service, according to the club's instructions and these terms, which serve as a data processing agreement. The club undertakes to have a legal basis for entering its players' data.
To provide the service, we use processors that handle data on our behalf:

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with authorities when required by law.
Some processors — notably Stripe and Anthropic — may handle data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In such cases, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid mechanism, ensuring equivalent protection.
We keep account and tournament data while the account is active. After cancellation, we delete or anonymise the data within 90 days, except where legally required to retain it (e.g. invoicing, which tax law may require keeping for 10 years).
WhatsApp support conversations and demo requests are kept for 12 months from the last message, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion — see the next section.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, contact contato@totalmobi.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD; in your EU country of residence, your local authority; in Brazil, the ANPD.
The application uses browser local storage (localStorage) to keep your session and active club — this is technical and essential to functioning, not used for advertising. The home page checks the country by IP (GeoJS) to choose the language/currency. We do not use marketing tracking cookies.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: hashed passwords, per-club isolation at the database level (RLS), restricted access and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% infallible, but we work to protect your data.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page, with the update date. Material changes will be communicated by e-mail or in the application.
